SS ENGLISH ACADEMY PROJECT

SS English Academy is an enterprise operating in education and teaching English 100% online with Filipino teachers.

THE SITUATION

  • There is no consensus on the brand name between SS Global internally and SS Edu customers.

  • No standard brand identity yet

  • No standard process for implementing and measuring marketing effectiveness.

  • No specific communication strategy.

  • Desire to develop and promote business activities of the enterprise.

 

SOLUTION

  • Consulting and solving the core brand problem based on the main product is an English language school and business orientation, a young and dynamic team, thereby giving SS English Academy a unified name. 

  • Based on the team with enthusiasm, youthfulness created the red logo color, and a full set of brand identities including logos, business cards, large and small envelopes, and uniforms...

  • Rebuild standard processes with planning forms and reports... to create synchronization for easy understanding of planned, ongoing activities and results of each campaign after the conclusion.

  • Based on the current situation, discussing with the Founder the desired direction and developing a brand development strategy received great consensus from within.

  • Worked closely with the Sale Team, planned the overall development in 3-6 months, and implemented communication.

 

RESULT

  • Unifying the brand name is SS English Academy.

  • Create a consistent identity and synchronize all channels according to brand identity guidelines.

  • Set up a marketing department with a standard structure and process.

  • Have a methodical communication strategy to target customers.

  • Bring the number of customers interested in X3 after only two months.

  • Achieved a 1.8x increase in revenue during the same period.
